I have been a copywriter and creative director for a long time but your HR department doesn’t want you to ask exactly how long. I don’t care, ask me.

I helped build Crispin Porter + Bogusky into Agency of the Decade - 2000-2010. I arrived at the end of 2002. I left in 2015. I held VP/Exec status. I was part of closed door meetings. I won all the awards, judged shows, all that stuff.

I also mentored creatives. I still do.

I was part of a little agency startup that was acquired in three years. We had VC funding. I learned a lot. We were in all the press.

I then left the game, but not entirely. Focused on meaningful foundations far deeper than the career.

I have run my own little shop called Ideas for Animals since 2015. I have recently learned performance marketing. I currently run social media for two brands. I study and use Ai for the right things. In other words, I’m up to speed.

I’m best at setting strategic goals, stewarding ideas that brilliantly disrupt, empowering and directing to deliver innovative and effective creative with fresh execution. I am responsible with budgets. I value clear communication at every step.

I can be trusted to show up at board meetings, presentations, TED Talks or C-suite offsites.

As of February 2nd, 2026, I am officially ready for a large creative leadership position inside a good company. I want to make a great brand even better. I can act as CD, CCO or anything on that order.

But we all know it’s about the fit. If you’re interested, let’s meet.
